Mark Alpert is a licensed California attorney, whose practice has focused on challenging rent control and other land use regulations which impair private property rights. He has extensive experience in administrative and court proceedings challenging government regulation in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.
Mark has published numerous articles and spoken regularly on the subject of rent control and property rights.
Mark is a 1988 graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and a 1985 graduate of University of California, Irvine, with a BA in Political Science.
Mark has had a home in the Prescott area with his wife Brenda and their two children since 2012.
